Ls vtec vaccum leak and need help.

I just built a ls vtec with a b18a1 block and a b16 head. I got everything where it needs to go but this line. The car idles high because of it. Can someone tell me where the line goes that i marked red?

to the block box on the back of the motor,under the bottom of the intake manifold...

There are two holes in it. And i dont have either of them hooked up. where do they go and does it matter which hole?

if it goes to the valve cover then where does the intake hose go?

one goes from the intake manifold(the one in your pic)to that black box and the other one goes from the black box to the nipple in the top right corner of the pic below.

Where did you get the diagram? cause i need to know what all that stuff is. Like a pvc valve and stuff so could you send me the link to the legand or something?
