i recently swaped a ls vtec into my integra, 96 ls block with a 98 gsr head i can not figure out y i dont have vtec the solinoid is fine we checked sensors and what not and still no vtec the car is a obd2a car and i have a obd2a-obd1 jumper harness with a skunk 2 chipped p28

vtec-4800
launch control-4500
fts-8500

please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
