no the ls manifold wont bolt on
you should upgrade to a gsr oil pump and vtec waterpump and yes use vtec timming belt.
if you use ls water pump then use ls timming belt

i would recommend getting either a type r or skunk 2 intake manifold, which ever one is less expensive. also you'll a vtec water pump and vtec timing belt.

Whats the best ecu to run? Should I use a chipped p28? and if so I can eliminate the knock sensor right?

chipped p28 or p91, no knock sensor

what car does a p91 come from? it comes stock with no Knock sensor?
