Ls/Vtec No start ?
The 12V+ to the injectors is not a pulse, it is a constant, it is supplied by the PGM-FI Main Relay, [fuel injector relay] it has to stay at 12V+ as long as the ign. key is in the run or start position.

Streetplayas you were right, The Hondata 4 bar was causing my no start. When I got up to Locash he went into the ECU and changed the settings for the map and after a few hours we settled at this..... 

Did you check timing lsvtec timing is never right on and it will run with the gsr ecu just shitty ciz it needs a tune but my guess is timing is off or to advanced. Of you checked everything else reset the timing and run it and go straight to the tuners
