Will ls/vtec pass emissions in Houston, Texas?

Some people have asked me this question before and I had no answer. I sure would hate to have gotten it done just to find out it wouldn't pass emissions.

Good question. I'm building an ls/vtec myself. I figure it will pass for an ls seeing as the motor will be fresh and before vtec the cam lift is lower than a stock ls. My worry is it's going in a CRX to replace the 1.5 so I don't know if I'll pass Connecticut emissions.

 

Yea I am hoping it will because I have already ordered some parts for it here and there.

Does anyone know?

 

i live in cali but i doubt it . . im gonna search the state alw for it . i cant remember the web site top of my head but if i find it again ill post it up ..
