Default LS/VTEC distributor copatibility ?

I have done a search and come up with nothing

will a LS dizzy fit on a GSR head without a hitch. By fit I mean will at least two of the bolt locations fit and will I have to hack anything off to get to fit properly?

you need to cut one of the legs off to make it fit

"Gee... Hmm... I just put together one of these like a couple months ago... And It had a LS dizzy... Maybe I wasn't paying attention!!! Oh yea... I wasn't paying attention. that's why the headgasket blew and there were numerous bolts finger-tightened that caused significant amounts of things to **** up... and I still want $300.00 for the work I did!!!"

Sound like anybody you know, dumbass?

Thanks for ******* my car up. You almost turned out to be a cool guy. ALMOST.

dude, me lifting the engine by the tranny and bottom of hte head HAD NO EFFECT ON THE HEADGASKET BLOWING
I have pulled over 15-20 engines in the same manner and NEVER have nad a single problem. Hell I pulled my engine like that 4 ******* TIMES and the damn thing runs like a champ

and I never left any ******* bolts loose
I did not spend all that time working on your damn car to not tighten ****

I want something for all of my ******* work and I did not cause your headgasket to blow!!! If that was the cause then why didn't it ******* blow immediately.....oh wait because I was not the one who caused it jackass. It blew becase your car is a piece of **** and you probably didn't even torque the head bolts down properly from the get go on your cheap *** auto zone head gasket

oh and another thing....

I TRIED TO GET YOU TO HELP ME BUT YOU HAD TO GO TO WORK, SO YOU COULD NOT ******* STAY LATE!!!!

what about the six or seven trips to R&D for you to get tranny innards installed and then installing a new flywheel and fixing your block because of "your ability to do things right". HA, yeah you are a reallllly great mechanic that is why the engine almost fell out of the ******* engine bay because the only bolt that was holding the engine up WAS STRIPPED!!!

get your **** straight, befor i straighten it out for you....oh and I love the way your "friends" talk about you...sounds like they dont trust you for ****.

dude you need to just burn you pile of bondo with wheels down to the ground. I have never done anything to hurt you in any way. I went out of my way to work on your car and get it done as soon as I could possibly could. I stayed up til 3am one night and 5:30am the next just so you could get your car back and have transportation.....and what was the first thing you did....go to the dragstrip and spend ******* money and attempt to destroy your car.

oh, btw did you get your money back from that guy in FLA with the cams

does this thread ring a bell https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=831164

Bahawhawhaw.... Dirtyd... I thought you were the guy that puts together 200whp b16's and the like ?

Oh this one was hilarious....

Lesson learned... don't let a noob experiment with yer engine.

And yes... the LS dizzy will fit it you hack off one of the legs... it's ghetto... I would not run an engine that has to last any kinda time with it, but it will work** Other downsides are that the ICM in the LS dizzy will kick out really soon after you start hitting vtec and your engine will shut off or not start.

**As long as you actually tighten the distributor bolts with a tool (fingers are not tools)

Good luck

I no longer have the need for this thread I started it a while back and have since sold my GSR head setup

I was not experimenting, I knew what the **** I was doing and I did tighten everything up. Keep you ******* **** *** opinion out of something that you are in no way involved in
