Im kind of new at all the swaps and stuff, so i have a couple of questions..... I Have a 1990 Acura Integra. I want to build another block for it. If i go LS Vtec what do i need to do to the engine itself so that it will with stand it? also what will i be running. And if i go CR-Vtec what do i need to do to the engine? and what will i be running?
