Default ls-vtec build going bad help!!!!

ok i built a obd0 ls-vtec in my ef hatch Pct's gsr head, and i started it up last nite after finish the build last nite, and for some reason its running as if the firring order is off an timming is off, but the firing order is correct and the timming is dead on.I dont know what else to look for.only on the #4 cyl. its acting like *** i put the plug wire on and it pops like the firing order is wrong and if i slowly pull the plug wire away from the plug it kinda runs normal.when i open the throttle body it pings alittle, lmk your opinion, thanx.
