Default Ls/vtec build finished now for the problems???

Bugs begining with: No wires are crossed, when car is running cold no missfires, after warm up if you get on it to much temp gauge drops to cold, vtec does not come in good it sounds and feels real speratic if that is a word. Then the missfiring begins and it is uncontrolable.

But, this is where the crazyness begins. The distributer timming when set close to stock and everything straight like TDC and camgears in the correct spot runs like crap and when driven the tinning changes and goes way off. Then after switching the C1 and C2 crankangle sensor wires and tunning it near 20 degrees timming it runs desent, not best but desent. Any suggestions would be greatly appriciated.

plese please help

built bottom
rebuilt head, camgears, stockcams
what is up
thanks

ok you say that your timing is 20 stock is between 14 and 16 . if it is missfireing it is rick 20 is advansed timing that is why it runs better.cheque the timing belt to see if the timing belt is on timing look for the marks on the crank and on to cam gears . and a ? do you have a afc or vafc or any fuel controller .i build them motors all the time there are fun but then need to be tuned well ok.if you want you can im me lsvtec1975 that is me turbo ls vtec 523 hp at 23 psi with hondata and a 62-1 turbo

50 psi is your answer
i run my engine around 42 psi
i think you should get your car proffesionally tuned by someone who has done this a time or two and get them to show you what to do as they are doing it. imho
you shouldn't be running anything near 50psi but more like 40-43psi
also keep the wires the same do not reverse them
here is a good link for you it is a b20/18 vtec guide and a bunch of other stuff
http://www.c-speedracing.com/howto.php
just look around and it will tell you exactly what to do
