ls/vtec

I am still new into the honda scene and i have 3 question. 1 how do i make an ls/vtec motor. 2 how do i put this motor in my ek.3 What is the benifit of this motor?

do a search you will find alot off info on the site
the main benifit is the cost of a ls block verse a vtec block
you get a little diplacment but its only like 37cc
