ls or itr rods

i want to go ls vtec check out my ls vtec setup https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=395551, heres the deal. should i keep my ls rods or go itr rods,, does it really matter, how much better is itr from ls rods

You can't use the ITR rods. Too short.

If you want to upgrade the rods, you need to buy aftermarket.
