LS/b16 trans issue

LS/b16 trans issue
ok, i wanted to do LS 1-2, 3, 4, 5 b16.
I have LS case, LS diff, and put everything together. 1, 2 have brand new syncros.
When i put it in 2nd gear while driving, there is a slight grind, then a whinning noise (Kinda like going fast in reverse, or....a supercharger? when accelerating?)
But yea, that happens in 2, 3 and 4th.
Any ides?
