Do i need to get colder plugs with a 60shot on my stock ls and if so 1 or 2 step colder plugs with what gap. and also should i retard the timing or not and if so how many degrees. people have told me about the bkr7e's but i cant find them for a ls where do they sell them online for a ls

 

Yes get 1 to 2 step colder plugs, and retard ignition timing 1-2 degrees.

those are special order most of the time(bkr7e's). I had to special order mine from ngk and they only come in packs of 10. costed me $30+ because I wanted overnight shipping.

 

yes you need colder plugs. also retard the timing 2 degrees. i have the NGK bkr7e's and i got them from advance auto, they had to order them though. also a plug is a plug, it doesn't matter what engine it goes in!!!!
