Default low low low Idle???

About 2 weeks ago I advanced my timming and reset my ecu. Now my car seems to idle to low! when I am just sitting at a light or somthing the engine is not smooth, it seems to shake alot (hard to explain). Anyways on the tech the needle sits right at that very first line, Im guessing its below 500, I don't know? anyone have any ideas??????

advanced timing generally leads to a faster idle, are you sure you didn't just retard it? btw, after a timing change you should reset your base idle.

unless the SnapOn timing light I used was wrong, Im positive I advanced it. I rotated the distributer backwards towards the firewall. And if I retarded it I would of noticed the power gain like I did. I do have my throttle cable pretty tight though, could that be the problem? How do you reset your base line idle?

turn the brass screw on the top of the throttle body counterclockwise to increase your idling
