Low idle??? HELP

Low idle??? HELP

1994 Honda Civic Si
No check engine lights
car idles soo low....needle doesnt count.... idles around 100rpm
idles soo low....headlights are dim.......
adjusted idle to about 200 rpm with the throttle body idle screw but seems excessive with the screw turned half way out
can this be the MAP or the IAC (behind manifold)
thermo valve on Throttle body seems to be fine....
