all the plugs were the same, none had any oil on them? Give me your thoughts on why number #1, is so low. MY idle is ok, other then it will fluctuate down once in a while? thx.

 

i've never seen them just fluctuate...run a cylinder leak down test to try to determine where its leaking from. bubbles in the coolent mean head gasket, whisper in the intake or exhaust mean worn valves, and air in the crankcase means worn rings.

I know what u mean i do hear a whisper, or honing sound if that makes sense. I know its either valve, or rings. Which one would make more sense with the plugs not being fouled?

 

figure out where the sound is coming from. that will tell you which one. the whisper is usually associated with valves. the piston rings don't normally make that sound.
