Default Low Compression on motor..??

If your motor has low compression..say like a gsr w/ 100 psi..what is the possible problem? rings? valves??? what?? Also how much would it cost for a rebuild ?

most likely rings but it could be other stuff. If the motor was that work I'd rebuild the head with new seals and guides as well as the bottom end.
