Default low compression=bad piston rings

got low compression in 1 cylander in a b18b and did a leak down test and it brought it back up after adding oil. that would mean worn rings right?

should i just replace that 1 or replace the rings on all 4 cylanders? (the other 3 had ok compression)

If you already have the head off and you're goign to pull one of the rings, might as well do all of them.
