Default Loud Valve Train Causing False Knock

I just got my car back together and running again. I have a fully built block with a P&P'd head with oversized valves in it. The car is turbocharged too. The engine runs fine with no problems except the valve train is kind of loud. It sounds like stock but just amplified. Im seeing -4* of knock retard from this at all times when the engine is running. Is there any way to quiet the valve train down to stop all this false knock?
