lost motion assembly question

Default lost motion assembly question

ok i have gotton my valves adjusted once but something is still ticking and im thinking it might be the lma's. can someone tell me if there is a way i can check to see if there bad or not. i heard you can check them by pressing them down and if they don't comeback up then there bad.

there are specs (i don't have them) for the amount of pressure required to compress them, but if you push down on them and they don't spring back immedeately thenm you know they're bad.

thank man how much do lma's cost and do u think i should get itr lma's or b16 lma's since i have ctr cams.

new LMA's are around 250-300, you'll want the GSR since it's virtually the same as the ITR the and cheaper.

where can i get them from do i have to get them at the dealer or is there someplace on the net that sells them.
