Default loping idle and CEL codes

Alright, i had a loping idle and couldnt figure out what it was. I was reading through some post and found that if you accidentally switched the map sensor and tps sensor the idle will lope badly. I switched the plugs and now the loping stoped.

Now my car seems to run fine except that i am throwing a couple codes. I am throwing code 5 and i am also throwing code 10 and also code 19.

Code 19 is only for an auto car but the guy i got the ecu from swears that the ecu is for a 5 speed. Could the ecu be bad and could this cause the other two codes to be thrown? If not what can i do to try and get rid of the codes?
