I've been reading alot on changing spark plug wires and plugs.I'm wondering what variables constitute changing these, as well as alternator, ignition,ignition coil,etc...Like compression,forced induction,timing changes,increased fuel,running stereo equipment,or any other electronic systems which draw power.

Not quite following what your trying to find out.

 

Run NGK blue wires regardless of setup. If you are NA, use NGK copper plugs (preferrably BKR_e-11) plugs in the heat range best suited for your application. If you are juiced or boosted, run HKS superfires or Denso iridiums. Honda ignitions are superb, fortification is a personal choice/preference on basically stock apps, where moderate gains in power and efficiency can be found on more serious apps. Multiple spark units and external coils are examples of entry level ignition upgrades.
