Load Control moduale?

Does anyone know where this is? It's CEL 20. . . .

Electrical load detector

you forgot to mention it was the electrical load.....check all of your grounds first.

I did and found out that the '98 Civic CX didn't come with one. So, I need to find one and install it. Does anyone know where it is?

Are you sure that it doesn't have an ELD?
