Lithium Grease-Shifter Replacement??
Read write up on short shifter installation and it said use lithium grease on boot.
Is it necessary to use Lithium grease when replacing shifter as puttin in short shifter tomorrow so need to know will i have to buy some. Will the grease thats already in there do or will i have to replace it.Shifter moves with ease at the moment, always smooth. What do ye think.

While you are in there might as well. Just use what ever grease you have. Wipe all the old stuff out of there.
