Default lightened flywheel = stalling

Since i put my lightened flywheel on , my car has stalled. It stalls when the rpms drop after i put my foot on the clutch. Sometimes the rpms dip and come up, spmetimes it stalls. Have upped the idle and played with the fuel map. It is better but still stalls. Any suggestions? has this happened to anyone else?

Default Re: lightened flywheel = stalling (Chrisafi213)

The flywheel is lighter and has less centrifugal force then the stock one. Less centrifugal forces means the engine doesn't spin as easily when coming down to idle. This is normal. You need more fuel (I believe) at lower RPM to keep the engine running, not much. I used a wideband A/F meter to tune mine in to correct this. SInce the spinning mass was reduced, the engine will stall easier. Make sense?
