As far as what exactly? the turn signal/headlight and washer/wiper stalk switches are on the opposite sides. That's about all I can think of that is different. '89 RHD Wagon?? SWEET, post pics!
OH BABY!!! What a great find. Well I would think that a column would be plug-n-play as far as length, mounting points, and splines into the rack. It is going to be very difficult to find any info to compare the two outside of contacting someone that has performed a RHD conversion on one of those. I would suggest keeping an eye out at local junk yards for an '89 Wagon and pull the column from that. If it doesn't work, you shouldn't be out too much $$. That is if you can find one. Craigslist or eBay are other sources. Wish I could help out more. I am more experienced with '96-00 Hondas. Good luck!
If you really wanna get crazy you can rip the steering column out of that CRX I see in the background and give that a try. HAHA, you never know...
I was thinking I'll need to just locate one and try, lol I would have tried but just sold the crx to help fund this one . More excited to get this going, thank you though

Well, I would think anything in a Civic/CRX '88-91 would be pretty damn similar. Hopefully someone with some knowledge in this area will chime in for ya.
