Default learning sources

hey whats up everyone i am new. basically i want to know a good place to learn about all motor mods. i have found it much easier to find info on forced induction, but i want to mod my car NA. so if any of you guys know any good books, sites, or mags that go into pretty good explanation of NA stuff it would be great.

Well, when dealing with all motor, or any motor- whether they be forced induction, etc. for that matter, it is a must to know exactly how a motor works and what each part does. A good place to start with this is http://www.howstuffworks.com

Also, Sport Compact Car did a great series, over several issues, on how motors work and ways to build them up. The series was called, "Suck, Squish, Bang, and Blow" You can order some back issues very easily at http://www.sportcompactcarweb.com

i just so happened to meet some guy in high school that was and is an allmotor genuis .. well turbo app's too... and then i would just hang out with him and then i learned something everytime i went over there
