Default Lean problem

I noticed a slite miss a cpl of weeks ago that developed into a bog & my EGT getting up to 1400 degrees.
I have checked my timing belt, set the timing, valve adj.,new RC 270cc injectors,Walbro 255 fuel pump, new fuel filter, reset TPS, new igniter, new plugs, new O2 sensor, new water temp sensor. This morning everything was fine it ran great. This afternoon it started again.
When I drive between 3000 & 3500 rpm my EGT creaps up to 1400 & my car has a slite miss. I have a VAFC & an untuned Hondata with a JDM B16 base map. I am keeping the VAFC till I get the Hondata dyno tuned. I have added fuel between 3 & 3.5K
& it does not seem to help. I have run out of things to check.
My motor is a B17 bored .20 over with 10.5:1 SRP pistons
Comp Cams 57200 cams ported head, AEM fpr, etc.......

Edit.... I have driven this setup for 10,000 mi. & have had no problems this just started happening

Why don't you try unplugging the VAFC and reset your ECU.

I have already tried removing the VAFC & resetting the ecu. I advanced my timing to 18 degrees & it help some.
