on the back of my head/block i'm leaking tons of oil through the headgasket
I re-torqued the head by loosening one nut at a time and re-tightning it..
i'm using ARP's and I torqued it down to 65 ft/lbs with the arp moly lube and it's squirting out horribly as I start and idle the motor..
the motor has never been started for more then 5 seconds.. everything is brand new...
any suggestions guys?

Plugging the PCV can and will inevitably blow out your rear main, oil pan gasket, and possibly the oil pump seal.
There is no way 4 quarts of oil is coming out of that hole. Even if it did, to get that kinda flow just from cranking it would have to come from the pump, which in itself is also hard to believe. The pics certainly don't show 4 quarts of oil.
Check to see if you double gasketed the oil filter. Check the oil pressure switch as well.
You'll need to have two people, one to crank it over, and the other to flashlight the leak. A can of brake cleaner should be used to wash any excess off the block to spot the leak more easily.

More than likely. ohsnapzafingcu, I'd definitely try to get that canister sorted out before you go plugging the hole. Normally freeze plugs are used to plug that in order to run another external catchcan. Not to just retire the PCV system from action. The PCV is a pressure release from the block. Engines need to have some form of it.

That's not the pics of his actual motor that is leaking.

He brings up a good point. Make sure it is from that exact spot as you say. I doubt it'll be the oil pressure, but it could be the oil filter. That's about the only other thing immediately there.

You won't need Hondabond at all. Just get another O-ring, either from Honda or just hit up an Advanced Auto/Autozone/Pepboys and get distributor O-rings. One of the assortment boxes should have one that fits fine. That's all I did. Just put a small bead of oil around the O-ring so it doesn't tear going in.
You're O-ring probably isn't bad though is it?

it looked better then the one i pulled from my friend's block.. and without the bolt in the bracket it was really loose too, i'm fixing to go pick up an o-ring from honda and see if this fixes it..
if it doesn't i'm gonna try and weld some bungs on my valvecover and do an external breathing system..
i don't see where else the oil could be coming from. this sucks

i just put the new O-ring on, it feels like it sits a little bit tighter.. we'll see what happens tomorrow morning when i get some jumper cables!
if it really lost that much oil, its probably from the oil filter, probably have it double o-ringed, as in when the old filter was removed the seal stayed, then a new one was installed over it, and they will pour oil out like you describe because they are pressurized. pull the filter off and see if there are 2 seals on it

i really doubt it, this is the first oil filter on there since it's been taken apart and hot tankd.. i'll check it out though.

question..
if i re-torque the head down should i loosen everything up and re-do it? or just make sure all the nuts are to specs?

Oil will not come pouring out of the vent catch can like that. You can leave the can off and should only get a light amount of oil spatter out along with excess pressure inside the block escaping, since thats what that can is for anywayz. If you have oil just pouring out when its started within a few seconds, its definately the filter or pressure sending unit somewhere. The oil passage for pressure doesn't go there inside the block unless its cracked inside somewhere, in which case you are totally f%#@*d.
