No oil on the dipstick after adding oil
Whats up people... I just finished changing the HG on my JDM B18C. After putting all back together I added 4 quarts of oil, then I checked the dipstick so see the oil level. I was shock to see that there was no oil on the dipstick. I dont know was going on.. can some one help me out!
ps
I all so had the car on front jack stands when I add the oil, but when i took it of the jack stands, the dipstick remain the same with no oil.

there's no oil puddle on the ground is there? If it's a HUGE puddle of oil, then you put on the headgasket wrong.
if you just ran the motor, let it sit for a minute or two before you check the oil so it can make it's way back to the crank case

I check the oil pan... and there was oil coming out of the plug when I loosen it up. How does someone block the oil drain holes
