Neuspeed ones offer 5 heigh adjustment slots versus the 3 for the others. I found it useful to even my car out using the ones on the back.

Exactly. My neuspeed konis have 5 perches instead of 3. Other than that, no difference.

My plain Koni's have 5 adjustment notches as well so that's not the difference. My understanding is that the piston may be a little bit shorter on the Neuspeed version.
