knocking noise from b16a head

Default knocking noise from b16a head

i just barely threw some stock b16 cams back onto my head and adjusted the valves but when i start the engine theres a knocking noise from the head.....what could it be?? what are some common things that would knock from an engine?? help me find out this problem..

Double check that valve adjustment.

Did you adjust with the engine COLD?

i didn't adjust it at cold but im pretty sure it was under 60 degree on the motor when i did it......
