Default Knocked hole in headers

I knocked a hole in my DC sport headers today. And the car is smoking soooooooo bad. Was wondering what I could use to patch it. Or otherwise what my options are.

Why would the car be smoking because of a hole?

02 sensor downstream thinks it's running lean, dumps in more fuel?

Take it to someone who can weld, back purging would be ideal, but your also probably talikng about an old beat up and cheap header.

Plausible.

Replace it with a cheap knockoff from Ebay.

It's a complete dc header and downpipe. But it has seemed like it's been burning a little more gas than it should. And the exhaust smell like nothing but heavy gas fumes. Like knock you out fumes.
