Default Knock in Suspension

I just put coil-overs on my 94 Accord Ex about 3 weeks ago. Every time I hit a pretty substantial bump by myself and a light bump with a few people in my car the right rear suspension has a knock. It is hard to explain but it just has a single hard knock. What could cause this problem or is it even a suspension problem. Any input would help.

It could be that your shock has blown and your hitting
your bumpstops. Did you get performance shocks when
you installed the coilovers??

Also, make sure the collars on the coilovers are tightened all the way.
