Default Knock sensor orientation?

I have an 01 accord i4 thats boosted. The knock sensor broke in half and i replaced it. But i am still getting a cel p0325 for knock sensor. I reset my ecu using software on my computer. The cel came back about 3miles later. I was wondering if the knock sensor has to be in place a certain way (angle wise) so it can determine knock. I torqued the sensor in so i know its not finding knock from being loose. So im assuming its either a bad sensor or that the orientation is off.

Thanks
Tom

Bad sensor or wire is broken or loose connection.

the old sensor had two little wires and one large metal part(broke apart so i could see it all). I was wondering if the way that the two little wires are will cause the sensor to read knock or not read anything. if the orientation was off on it
