Default Is my ECU damaged?

So I think my problem is electrical as ive gone through everything else. Issues are: intermittent strength of throttle response and torque, fluctuating idle heard in exhaust, delayed idle when put into neutral (1000 rpm for a second, then drops to 700-750), occasional "misfire" at high consistent speed. No CELs. 1297, 0171, and 0170 were all fixed after changing o2 sensor and reinforcing main ground.

Mind you here are my mods
421 mid-high end torque open header
2.5" performance exhaust with stock cat
f23 intake manifold swap
Cold air intake
throttle body spacer

All bolt ons but ive experimented with my car so the electrical may have some issues I cant find. But

I just ran some tests. Heres what I get. You can see where I turn everything on. Here are the values recorded during an idle.

I revved the engine a little at first, then idle, then turned on high beams, a/c, radio, hazards and rear defroster. Then I let it idle. I can tell when the car is acting especially funny cuz the exhaust will rattle against the heat shield meaning that the engine behavior has changed. On a good day, or trip really, theres no exhaust rattle and a nice sound deep and smooth sound coming from it. Towards the end where the rpms go to 699 is when the rattling really starts. Its not a loose rattling, its a shaking exhaust muffler rattling. Hope you guys can make sense of these readings. Let me know if you need more.

Sorry the seconds and data are kinda close, thats how it copied. Seconds are always on the left. Then space before the readings.

Default Re: Is my ECU damaged?

A about a year ago but im not sure if the mechanic really did it. It was done with a few other things and I saw the filter and it looked the same as before. Ive been told though that hondas generally dont need new fuel filters. I could try it, does the data indicate anything like that?

It's a filter, it does need to be changed, how often depends on a number of things, but it still needs to be changed.

Have you checked fuel pressure yet? 94

No, I've been having issues with that cuz hondas need the adapter and I dont want to pay to buy the kit for a one time use so im looking for a loaner tool.
I did buy a fuel pressure regulator with a gauge on it a while ago but havent gotten around to installing it afraid that it may make the problem worse. But I bought it as a mod and to be able to monitor the fuel pressure. After looking up info on the fuel system and filter Im not too sure the symptoms point to that. It could very well but this all seems more electrical to me considering the erratic nature of the problems.

Another symptom is a clicking noise when the AC is on under the glove box.

One thing- I dont know how much it relates but when I put in the throttle body spacer it made a huge difference in low end torque. That went away about 30 miles later. But the thing is it never has come back when resetting the ECU. So at one point I had that torque back but its never come back. Is there something around there that could relate to the electrical that I knocked that would cause these things?

And does this data seem odd to you?
