knock sensor elimination
i installede a poor mans type r into my eg and have a few q's about eliminating knock sensor code.
ecu= p72
should i - chip it
tune it out with uberdata or something
or remove knock board.
can people tell me what is required to do these things? like remove knock board, or where to purchase chips.
thanks.

because i dont feel like finding a wires and plug and connecting it to the ecu when it isnt necessary. Plus i want to know how to eliminate it on my own so i know how to for the future.

You just need to disable it on the chip. There are details at http://www.pgmfi.org
