for my Koni shocks. The dude on the phone said I couldn't run a 350 lb/in spring in front because he said it's too light of a spring. WTF? Don't the GC Special Editions for Integras use front spring rate less than 350? I ended up going with 380F/450R.
im running a 400lb spring in the front and it find it just a "little" soft and im running on KYB AGX shocks........if i could switch them to 475 i would.
i have 325 in the rear and it seems to be stiff enough......
i thought the standard GC springs were 350F/300R?
or i could be wrong?

I guess not, I told the guy I wanted 350 lb/in springs for the front, and he promptly said "you can't use 350 springs in front", I was like WTF I'll do whatever I want to do smart@$$... I didn't say that though.
So I said well fine go w/ 400 in front, and he was like how about 380? I didn't think they made a 380 lb/in spring, but whatever, so I went w/ 380/450.
I was going to get the same length springs all around so I could swap them front to back if I wanted to, but the guy suggested 8" springs in front and 7" in back. He said if I used 8" in back, it wouldn't go very low, and if I used 7" springs in front, it would be at minimum 2" lower than stock at the very top of the sleeve. So I gave in and got 380 lb/in 8" springs for the front and 450 lb/in 7" springs in back.

thats weird......the ground controls i got had same length springs for the front and back.........and i was originally told that you could order custom spring rates in 25lbs increments........so 380 is a weird number...........
ah well as long as you like what you get..........
