Default JUST MAKING SURE THERE IS NO DAMAGE?

JSUT WAS WONDERING MY BUDDY HIT THE BOTTOM OF MY OIL PAN ON THIS CEMENT PEICE BC ITS SITTING LOWER THEN USUAL ...IN ANY CASE IT DENTED IT A BIT AT THE FRONT AND SCRAPED THE HEADER THERE ARE NO LEAKS FORM THE OIL PAN OR ANYTHGIN BUT SHOULD I REPLACE IT AND DO THEY SELL AFTER MARKET LIGHT ONES OR SMALLER ONES?

depends how big the dent is it will force the oil to the outisdes of the pan and may cavitate the oil cump under hard driving. what do you mean lighter the stock pan weighs nothing but z10 make an aluminum piece that is really nice

thanks dude....nah its not that bad i guess just th efront across the front of the oil pan is a lil 1 cm not even in across...thye make aluminum pans that would be sick

yes they make aluminum oil pans. if the dent is too deep it might cause VTEC not to occur if you have it.

this happened to an ls motor i bought, got smashed and it was smashed enough where it went right up against the oil pickup so the motor wasnt getting any oil so it burned up the whole motor. it would be better to make sure
