Default just got my suspension

I just received my Tein suspension and I wanted to know how low can I go in the front and back without rubbing. I have 17" wheels and I do plan on getting a camber kit

That depends on the wheel/tire size more than anything else. Your question can't be answered without more information, and also while I'm at it how much did you want to lower your car?
