Yes, there are OBD1>2 "jumper harnesses". Search blown90hatch or kenji in members list.
But I agree with the above post. Why not just convert the engine to OBD1 as opposed to making the car OBD2? It's prolly the same amount if work and $$$.
thanks

You'll pay one way or the other. Either for an OBD1 ECU or for the conversion harness it's up to you. And you'll have to do a little rewiring as well.

If you find a conversion harness, you will have CELs like there is no tomorrow. The GSR ECU is going to be looking for a knock sensor, a butterfly valve, a second oxygen sensor, evaporative emissions components, a crankshaft speed fluctuation sensor, and probably some other things that I am forgetting;all of which OBD1 Civic engines do not have. Get an OBD1 ECU, you will have far fewer headaches, trust me.
you are better off running a chipped p28 or gsr obd1 p72. if you run the 99 you will spend more money on it buying more stuff that it looks for that your car dont have

Yes, this is similar, but better than what I wanted to say.
plus I didn't want to type all that.
Anyway, I agree.

seriously, you have to be kidding? You REALLY want to convert the car to Obd2? Look throught honda-tech at how many people have converted their cars to Obd1... Why you ask? fewer headaches, and better power. Seriously, do some real searching before you go do something radical like that!
