ok.. We installed a jackson racing supercharger on a 2001 ITR. The car ran really strong once we got everything right. Right about when we got it running really good, a bolt in the manifold came off and lodge between the blades. Not good. We got the charger fixed and we reinstalled it back onto the car. This time around we decided to switch out the ITR cams for gsr cams. The car seems to be stronger than before. Even killed a WRX running 15psi. (owner of wrx thinks differently, we have it on video. heh) Anyways, i was just wondering if anyone has had any experiences with a forced inducted ITR and different cams, stock or aftermarket. Dyno sheets would be good also. Thanks

The GSR cams are better because they have less overlap than the TypeR cams. With the JRSC you should go with cams designed for FI application like the Skunk2 cams. FI --> power = High lift - low overlap
Excuse me for the vocabulary I do my best because i speak french.

yea i was guessing the gsr cams would do better then the itr cams.. but the reason i was asking is because the guy that owns the itr is skeptical and i was trying to get some dyno sheets so i could prove it to him..
The thing is with the longer overlap, high rpm Type R cams is that the positive intake manifold pressure blows a little fresh air/fuel mixture through the exhaust valves during overlap. You can use the ITR's cams higher lift and use adjustable cam timing gears to degree out some/most of the overlap.
