Number 2 Piston Shattered and left the following marks on the cylinder.
Going up one oversize to 81.25mm doesn't look enough to take out the marks.

Is a engine rebuilder able to fill or do something? Or is this block goneburger???

try an 82mm bore..

You can only bore it so much, so if there are still gouges after the bore, its no saveable. You might want to weigh the differences in prices for machining compared to the price of a new block...

Now where would you source 82mm pistons? as they are not genuine.

if u want oem cast pistons try RS machine...but for forged aftermarket cp,je,srp,wiseco i think make 82mm...

81.50mm might work but 82 would work fo sure.
