Default jdm motor swap please help

i wanting to get a motor from jdm motor depot but im stuck i want to drop a b20 into my 1995 honda civic ex sedan and there is 4 b20's to choose from.one is a b20 low compression low intake($499) the other is a b20 low compression high intake($299),the other is a high compression high intake($499) and the last one is a high compression low intake($599) what are the differences is what im trying to figure out id like to do the b18b1 but cost wise the b20 is a little nicer and id like to get a general understanding of what the differences are i know there is questions like are you going n/a or boost well i plan to go boost at one point along with maybe the vtec head swap and is there anything i should know about emissions wise (pennsylvania) when im installing jdm motor and also what i have to watch out for like knock sensors and other sensors any help would be appritiated
