Default jdm final drive

jdm final drive - what would be the top speed using the 4.7 gear set in kmph?
is it worth to swap from 4.4 to 4.7???

err..i have a 4.7fd in my tranny, but I haven't tried to top out my speed.
At 80mph my rpm's are at 4400/4500rpm; im using a GSR 5th gear too.

but technically, if you raise your final drive ratio it will hamper your top speeds but increase your acceleration. The acceleration is what I like about the 4.7....get up and go go go gearing. Also wheel size/diameter should taken into account when shortening your gear ratio. A 16" wheel + 4.7 final drive in more ways than others, go hand in hand, as seen with the JDM 98+ ITR. But, using a 15" + 4.7fd doesn't hurt, but technically it does - it will hurt your top end speeds if you race against a ghost of your car on 16"+ 4.7. The 16" would win.
