is a jdm b16 smoggable in cali?
i had heard these motors are unable to pass smogged
i searched for some info on the site, but cant find anything
does anyone have any info on this?

so basaically the answers no, they cant be smogged. or no one here has
done it in cali right?
and what about a jdm gs-r motor, will it smog without any of those
modifications?
