JDM CA state ref
All you need is a jdm motor that is the same year or newer then your car, usdm ecu or just the usdm ecu cover, all smog equipment, vacume lines conected corectly and any type of carb legal parts that you want to be included on your bar sticker.

Good point. Go get pre-test done and make sure you pass the sniffer before you go to the state ref. Makes life way easier.
