Default Jacked up clutch.. wat to do

so i ordered a clutch set new. had it overnighted and i got sent the wrong type of clutch. i needed for a 91 integra. they gave me 92+. so the people were cool about it and overnighted the right one same day.. it got here 2 days later. and it came fucked up.. now im worried about even puttin this type in my car. its an xtd which is supposibly made by act but i dunno..

the first one looked good but this one just looks like it wasnt made right.

my question. should i call them up on monday and have another one sent back or should i just get my refund on the whole deal and buy a an act or exedy

this is supposed to be good to 259 ft/lbs. but i dunno if its just a flaw in this one or is the replacement gonna be just as cheap

this is the first one. everytying looked fine on it

side by side of the next one i got.. see whats wrong with the one on the right??

i started looking at it some more and it looked like it was warped and the plates in the middle are seperated

bad one on the right still

other end of the bad one. see how the middle of the plates just doesnt look right

reverse side of the messed up one

opinions please

how much of this damage can be from shipping. and how much from design defect? should i trust getting another one of these

XTD clutches are Garbage, And im Saying that out of Numerous experiences from me and friends,

I worked at a shop, and a kid wanted to have a XTD clutch kit put in, and we told him they were crappy, but he wanted it in, so we put it in.. that clutch was slipping a week later

Get Your Money back, Get Centerforce or Exedy... there both very reputable brands and you will never see this kind of crap happen on there clutches

well as far it not slippin i did a lil research on the clutches before hand it wasnt all garbage that i heard.. i would NOT trust it on 300+ car and all.

sounds more like the kid didnt know how to break in his clutch.

im probably gonna go with a refund and back out from these clutches after seeing this first hand i dont think ill be at peace if i installed this
