I have a b16a2 from a 99 si and I'm looking to get an itr tranny to bolt on to it. I was wondering if it would bolt right up no problem.

All Bseries tranny bolt right up to all Bseries engine.

hope you know a b16 tranny is the same as the itr tranny but with no lsd

 

Actually it's not the same because it has an lsd and in some cases a 4.78 final drive.

 

would the LSD benefit the torqueless wonder of the b16? and how is the gearing as far as acceleration wise?

I have a 95 si hatch with a b16a2. Autocrossing I use 235 45 13 kuhmo slicks and pulling out of corners I get wheelspin. I'm sure at low rpm that wouldn't happen but the 4.40 final drive tends to keep the rpm up anyway.
