Default ITR intake manifold.. worth it?

I have a b16a with basic bolt-on's.. how many HP can i expect to gain with the manifold? I've heard around 6whp? Seems like a lot... can you actually feel the power or is this based on dyno numbers only? BTW.. before anyone grills me for not searching I did search.. and couldnt find any definitely clear cut answers so dont lay on me like i'm some noobie

Based on what I have heard, the ITR intake manifold is of no benefit on a basically stock B16A. But it can help if you also change your cams.
